The Windy City Gator Club is proud to present our 3rd Annual Football Roadtrip! This year's trip will have us cruising down to the Music City to watch the Mighty Gators take on the Commodores of Vanderbilt. The weekend will include a Gators Pre-Game Party (Friday night) at the Crazy Horse Saloon hosted by the Music City Gator Club (featuring line dancers and cheerleaders).
Admission is limited to 75 people and the trip is first-come, first-served. WCGC Members are given the 1st chance to reserve tickets. Registration will be open to ONLY WCGC MEMBERS until August 20th. There is a ONE ticket limit per WCGC member. If tickets are still available on September 20th then ticket sales will open to include non-WCGC members. This policy is in place to ensure that our members get first priority at tickets!
The price is $70 for Club Members and $80 for non-Club members and includes:
- a ticket to the Game
- cover to pre-game party at the Crazy Horse Saloon
Our club has also reserved a block of rooms at The Embassy Suites at a discount price. Since the number of individuals in each room will vary, we will not be handling the reservations for the hotel room. Attendees must call the Embassy Suites to reserve their room and make payment. Rooms must be booked by October 5th to guarantee availability. When booking your hotel room, inform them that you are under The Windy City Gator Club hotel block. How much is the hotel? The hotel is $199/night for up to 6 people.
What about transportation? Attendees will be on their own for transportation. However, we are working on facilitating a message board for people who want to carpool and/or share a room.
