This page outlines our Chicago Viewing Party policies; including Priority seating, families, and out of town guest policies. If you are interested in specific information about specials, promotions, directions, etc at our 3 Viewing Party locations, please click on one of the logos above which will guide you to the Gator Gameday section What is Priority Seating? Which seats will be available to reserve? When can I sign up for Priority Seating? How many seats can I reserve? I reserved a table, how do I find my seats on gameday? I tried reserving a table, but they were all taken. What should I do? How do I know if I am a Club Member in good standing? If I am not a Club member, can I still come to your Viewing Parties? What is your out-of-town visitor policy? What is Priority Seating? (top of page) Priority seating is a program we started as a benefit to our Club Members. Basically, we set aside a select number of tables each week at Sully’s House. Club Members are able to “reserve” these tables the Tuesday prior to each Gator Football Game. Each Monday morning, an e-mail will be sent out to the WCGC listserv with the link you will use to register for priority seating. Priority seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If we are able to accommodate your request you will receive an e-mail on Friday morning. In order to complete your priority seating registration, you must arrive1 hour prior to kick-off. If we are unable to accommodate your request, there is still plenty of open seating available throughout the bar. Which seats will be available to reserve? (top of page)
There will be a select number of tables available in the downstairs back lounge and the upstairs bar available for Priority Seating. The front bar area will be all OPEN seating, as well as the majority of the tables upstairs and all seats on the streetside cafe. The tables in the front bar area and the barstools in the front room are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
When can I sign up for Priority Seating? (top of page) Priority Seating reservations will open the Tuesday morning prior to the game at 8:00am Central time. In order to reserve a table, you must follow the link provided in Monday mornings e-mail. Any reservations submitted prior to 8:00am Tuesday morning will be void. Registration does not guarantee that we will be able to meet your request; it just confirms that you successfully submitted the form. If there is a table available for you, you will receive an e-mail on Friday morning informing you that we were able to accommodate your request. How many seats can I reserve? (top of page) Club members may reserve up to 4 seats per game. Please understand that when you participate in priority seating, you are reserving seats, not a table. Therefore, you may be sharing a table with other Club members. This is a great way to make a new Gator friend! I reserved a table, how do I find my seats on gameday? (top of page) Each reserved table will have a sign with the name of the person that reserved the table. Should you have any difficulty locating your table, please ask one of the Windy City Gator Club Gatorteers at the door and they will assist you in locating your table. In order to complete your table reservation, you must arrive at Sully’s between 30 minutes and 1 hour prior to Kick-off (depends on the game). If you do not arrive by then, your reservation is considered void and your seats become available to the rest of Gator Nation. I tried reserving a table, but they were all taken. What should I do? (top of page) Please understand that there are over 3,500 Gators living in the Chicagoland area and it is impossible for us to reserve a table for everyone that is interested in our Priority Seating. If you attempt to reserve a table and we are unable to accommodate your reservation, we recommend arriving to Sully’s early and securing one of the open seating tables. The entire front room will always be OPEN seating, and the upstairs area and street-side cafe will mainly be OPEN seating. Although it is impossible for every Gator living in Chicago to secure a table, we are confident that we offer the best gameday experience in Chicago and we continue to look for new ways to give back to our members. How do I know if I am a Club Member in good standing? (top of page) In order to reserve a table, you must be a Windy City Gator Club Member in good standing. Members in good standing meet the following criteria: - member of the UF Alumni Association
- member of the Windy City Gator Club
- a valid, current UFAA membership card
If you are a member of the UF Alumni Association living in the Chicagoland area, you are automatically a member of a Gator Club. If your card does not say "Windy City Gator Club," update your address with the UFAA. You can also call the UFAA to change your club affiliation to "Windy City Gator Club" if you prefer to use an out-of-town address. What if I am not a Club member, can I still come to your Viewing Parties? (top of page) If you are not a member of the Windy City Gator Club®, but you support the University of Florida, you are welcome to join us at each Football Viewing Party. Each non-member guest is asked to give a $2 admission donation. $1 of this donation will go directly to our Scholarship Fund. If you are an alumnus or friend of the University of Florida, you are strongly encouraged to support UF Academics and Athletics by joining the UFAA. You can register for membership online or at one of our Viewing Parties. Check out our Membership page for benefits and details. Signing up for membership at the game will not get you a table at that game. It will allow you to register for Priority Seating for the remainder of the season. What is your out of town visitor policy? (top of page) Gators from around the globe are welcome at all Windy City Gator Club Viewing Parties! We do ask that you pay a $2 admission donation to help support our Club. $1 of your donation will go directly towards our Scholarship Fund. A limited number of tables are available each week for our out-of-town guests. If you will be in the Windy City for a Gator Football game, please contact us as soon as possible at
